With another strong, bipartisan vote of 355-63, the House of Representatives yesterday passed the National Cybersecurity Protection Advancement (NCPA) Act of 2015 (H.R. 1731).  This bill, together with the similar Protecting Cyber Networks Act (H.R. 1560), which passed just one day earlier, will now be packaged together and sent to the Senate, where the Intelligence Committee marked-up another similar bill -- the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (S.754) -- in a 14-1 vote during a closed session in March.
